What is possible to report

There is no exhaustive list of offences or irregularities that may constitute the object of whistleblowing. Reports that concern conduct, risks, offences or irregularities detrimental to the interest or integrity of the company are considered relevant.
Within the whistleblowing form you will find a list of topics, use one of these.

Whistleblowing does not cover complaints of a personal nature of the whistleblower. More precisely, whistleblowing does not cover complaints concerning labour disputes and pre-litigation phases, discrimination between colleagues, interpersonal conflicts between the reporting person and another worker or with hierarchical superiors, reports concerning data processing carried out in the context of the individual employment relationship in the absence of injury to the public interest or the integrity of the company, violations of company regulations in the absence of injury to the public interest or the integrity of the company.

The unlawful conduct reported must relate to situations of which the reporter has become directly or indirectly aware, even by chance, by virtue of the employment relationship and the position held.

Reports based on suspicion or gossip, on the other hand, cannot be considered worthy of protection, as it is necessary to take into account the interest of the third parties who are the subject of the information reported in the report and at the same time avoid the administration or body carrying out internal inspection activities that risk being unhelpful and in any case costly.

In addition, the requirement of truthfulness of the facts for the protection of the complainant remains in place.
